Our PP Woven Fabric Rolls are manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene and designed for bag converters, packaging manufacturers and industrial users.
Available in both coated and uncoated PP woven fabric, the material can be customized according to downstream converting requirements, including width, GSM, mesh, denier, color, lamination, printing and air permeability.
The fabric is suitable for producing woven sacks for fertilizer, animal feed, grain, food ingredients, chemicals and construction materials, as well as selected industrial wrapping and packaging applications.

Coated PP woven fabric rolls feature an additional polypropylene coating applied to the woven substrate.
The coating can help improve:
● Moisture resistance
● Fine-particle containment
● Surface consistency

Coated fabric is commonly selected when the finished woven bag needs a more closed surface than standard breathable woven fabric.
Typical downstream products include fertilizer bags, chemical packaging, construction material sacks and other packaging for dry powders or granules.
Uncoated PP woven fabric rolls retain the open woven structure of polypropylene tapes.
This option is suitable when:
● Air permeability is required
● Moisture barrier is not a primary requirement
● Buyers plan to laminate or coat the fabric themselves
● The material will be converted into breathable woven sacks
● A simpler woven fabric construction is preferred
Uncoated fabric can be used for grain, seed, agricultural, feed and general industrial packaging depending on the finished bag specification.
Custom PP Woven Fabric Rolls
Different bag-making and converting lines require different fabric specifications. We therefore support custom production rather than limiting buyers to one standard roll.
Fabric width can be selected according to your bag dimensions and converting equipment.
Our current production range covers widths from 30 cm to 120 cm.
Fabric weight can be adjusted from 50 GSM to 220 GSM.
The appropriate GSM depends on:
● Finished bag loading weight
● Required tensile strength
● Product density
● Transportation conditions
● Cost and material targets
Higher GSM does not automatically mean a better solution. The specification should match the actual finished-product requirements.
Available mesh specifications include:
● 8×8
● 9×9
● 10×10
● 12×12
Denier can be customized between 600D and 1500D.
Mesh and denier should be evaluated together because both influence fabric structure, strength and permeability.
Standard white and transparent fabric are available, while other colors can be produced according to project requirements.
For applications requiring improved barrier properties, lamination can be added at approximately 14–30 GSM, depending on the required specification.
PP woven fabric rolls can be supplied with gravure or flexographic printing.
Printing may include:

Up to 1–8 printing colors can be specified according to the project.

Q: Are you guys a manufacturer or just a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer of various PP woven packaging bags. We started since 1980S’. You are warmly welcomed to have a visiting to our factory.
Q: Can I get a sample before order?
A: Available sample in similar size and print is free of charge, you only need to bear the mailing cost. Customized sample will require a cylinder engraving cost, which would be refunded along with bulk order.
Q: Can I customized the bag with my own logo?
A: Yes, sure. We handling both OEM and ODM, our designer can help with some details of your design along with your artwork.
Q: How can I know your quality control of the production?
A: Each production step has its unique QC standards by detailed data sheets. The visual production process can also be presented to you by video or zoom meeting.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: T/T with 30% deposit, the balance paid against the copy of B/L. Or L/C at sight.
